Returns/ Exchange Policy:
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or store credit (only) within 7 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 8-15 days of purchase, there is a 20% restocking charge; after 30 days, goods will not be accepted (No exceptions). No returns are accepted on custom items, clearance/sale items, protective bras, jock straps, male/female cup protectors, sock gloves and any electronic products.

To return any merchandise for exchange or store credit, customer needs to request a PDF form from us. Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., U.S.P.S, FEDEX or insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A store credit will be issued excluding shipping and handling charges.

A check, money order or credit card info for shipping and handling charges must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise, returned for exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling, will be charged on customer's credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund, or credit.

Books and DVD:
Due to vendor requirements, books and DVD cannot be refunded or exchanged once the seal is broken. If a defect is discovered in the purchased book or DVD, it can be exchanged for the same title.

Daedo USA Inc. policy on refunds is very strict, please read careful:

We only issue a refund if order is cancelled within seven days of placing it (your email confirming the order works as a valid date stamp). We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, not including the cost of sending the item to you. In addition, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. For any other reason (for instance: pre-paid orders, out-of-stock/back ordered items assuming customer agrees to wait*, wholesale orders, discounted dealers orders, special custom orders and any orders over $2,500 are not refundable only store credit will be issued.

Please note, per Daedo USA Inc. policy *Waiting times for out-of-stock and back-ordered items may run up to 120 days delay, although we may quote you less time, you agree that only after 120 days waiting time you may qualify for a refund. However if you are willing to accept a 50% cancellation fee we may issue a refund before 120 days waiting period. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
